In 2010 those attempting to examine the factual concerns regarding the 2005 edition of A Mind For Murder by "psychic" Noreen Renier as previously voiced by Tennessee based skeptic investigator John Merrell, should visit http://www.commentarybysherlock.com
That site while significantly abridged over its previous content now provides a balanced view on material in the 2005 edition of A Mind For Murder which a Washington federal court found was a legal breach by Ms. Renier. While her original publisher withdrew the 2005 edition immediately from distribution, Ms. Renier was ordered to pay John Merrell an amount which stood in excess of $45,000 in 2010 per the Washington federal court judgments against her in 2006 and 2007. However she filed a Chapter 7 bankruptcy listing Mr. Merrell as her largest unpaid debt, though assets greater than $10,000 were recovered. Copies of the original 2005 edition remain in circulation and the public may wish to view the significant concerns on some of that material at http://www.commentarybysherlock.com
